• Plan, deliver and follow up on live streaming services, including providing private access links and recordings.

Ceremonies are streamed via private, access-controlled links (for example via Zoom), shared only with the people you designate. Recordings are delivered to the couple or the person commissioning the service. We do not publish ceremony streams or recordings, and we do not use them for marketing purposes without explicit consent.

6. Third-party services

To deliver our service and operate the website, we may use carefully selected providers acting as processors or independent controllers:

• Streaming & video conferencing (e.g. Zoom) to deliver the live broadcast.
• Video hosting (e.g. Vimeo) for unlisted replay links.
• Web hosting for the operation of this website.
• Web fonts (Google Fonts) for typography.

These providers may process data on servers located in Switzerland, the EU/EEA or other countries. Where data is transferred abroad, we ensure an adequate level of protection through appropriate safeguards.

7. Cookies & analytics

This website uses only the cookies and technologies necessary for it to function properly. We do not use intrusive advertising trackers. If analytics tools are introduced in the future, this notice will be updated accordingly.
